- These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") set out the rules, rights and obligations related to the use of the online platform available at https://velocitylabsystem.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and the related training application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
- The Platform and the Application operate under the brand of the Velocitylabsystem football academy. 3. The creator of the content, the owner and the provider of digital services is Aneta Kordyś (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), who performs her activity personally as a natural person (including as part of activities not registered in accordance with the provisions of Polish law, until her formal registration in CEIDG after exceeding the statutory revenue limits), with an operational e-mail address for contact: velocitylabsystem@gmail.com.
- Merchant of Record (Paddle): Paddle.com Market Limited (Judd House, 18-20 Church Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1AB, United Kingdom) is an authorized reseller, official reseller and independent data controller for payment transactions, invoicing, tax distribution and customer support in settlement matters (hereinafter referred to as the "Payment Processor" or "Paddle").
- User/Client: Any natural person or entity that registers an account, accesses the Platform or purchases products and subscriptions offered through Velocitylabsystem. If the User does not have full legal capacity in his/her country of residence (e.g. he/she is a minor), the explicit consent of his/her parent or legal guardian is required to use the Platform, and that parent or legal guardian assumes full financial and legal responsibility under these Terms and Conditions.
- Official Reseller Announcement: Our order process is handled by our online Paddle.com reseller. Paddle.com is the official Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service queries and returns.
- Binding Agreements: By placing an order or starting a subscription on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Paddle's Buyer Terms publicly available at paddle.com.
- Global Taxes and Invoicing: Paddle has the legal responsibility to calculate, collect, and remit local taxes (such as European Union VAT or U.S. Sales Tax) based on Customer's location. Paddle automatically generates and delivers invoices and payment confirmations to the Client.
- Velocitylabsystem provides digital educational materials, video courses, plans and technical tools focused on football development, including: ball mastery, motor development, strength training, cognitive training, plyometrics and mental preparation. All products are exclusively digital content delivered in an automatic (self-serve) model. The offer does not include individual consulting services, personalized live coaching consultations, real-time human intervention or any custom expert services.
- The platform offers two main types of digital products:
- Velocitylabsystem Membership: A recurring tariff plan that provides constant access to specific training content and the App.
- Premium Courses (Individual Purchase): Dedicated, standalone digital programs or master classes.
3. Update rights and availability: The Provider reserves the right to update, modify or remove individual video materials and training plans in order to ensure their highest substantive quality, without the need to inform Users in advance, unless this grossly limits the main scope of the paid service.
4. Technical requirements: To use the Platform and the Application, the User must have a device with Internet access, a standard modern web browser (recommended stable versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) and an active, correctly configured e-mail address to receive system notifications.
1. All base prices on the Platform are set in US dollars (USD). Paddle reserves the right to display and collect prices in your local currency, converted at the Payment Processor's then-current exchange rate.
2. Price list structure:
- The recurring cost of the Velocitylabsystem Membership subscription is $15.00 per month.
- Prices for Premium Courses are set individually for each individual premium product and are clearly displayed on the dedicated order page before the purchase is made.
3. Local Consumption Taxes (VAT/Sales Tax) may be added to the final price by the Paddle Platform at checkout, depending on your country of residence.
4. Auto-Renewal: By purchasing a Velocitylabsystem Membership subscription, you expressly authorize Paddle to automatically charge an amount of $15.00 (+ applicable taxes) from your saved payment method every 30 days.
5. Cancellation of Subscription (Expiration and Click-to-Cancel Policy): The User may cancel the subscription at any time, without incurring any additional costs, directly in their profile settings (the "Billing" / "Subscription" tab) on the Platform or by sending a request through the official Paddle support portal at https://paddle.net. Once canceled, the automatic renewal of the subscription stops immediately. The user retains full access to the content until the end of the current, paid billing cycle, after which the agreement expires and access is blocked. There is no additional notice period in this model.
1. Physical Risk: The training materials provided on the Platform include intense physical activity and athletic exercise. Participation in these training programs is associated with a natural risk of injury.
2. Disabling medical advice: The content contained on the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical or physiotherapeutic advice. You (or your parent/guardian) must consult a qualified physician or sports medicine physician prior to commencing any sports programs.
3. Limitation of liability: The Supplier and Velocitylabsystem shall not be liable for any physical injury, medical condition, deterioration of health or damage resulting from the performance or misinterpretation of the exercises presented. Users perform training programs solely at their own risk.
1. All materials, including video recordings, source code, visual elements, graphics, logos, texts and the Application itself, are the exclusive intellectual property of Aneta Kordyś (Velocitylabsystem) and are protected by international copyright law.
2. Upon verification of payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable and revocable license to view the materials for your personal, non-commercial sports development. 3. Sharing your account credentials, distributing downloaded videos, copying training systems, or publicly playing materials from the Platform is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your account without the right to a refund and may result in legal action.
- Right of withdrawal (EU and global consumers): Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a digital transaction within 14 days without giving a reason.
- Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with consumer protection laws, you expressly agree that by starting to stream (play), view or download any digital course materials, or log in to a proprietary Application during the period of an active subscription, you are requesting immediate performance of the contract. Thus, the User loses the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract for the supply of digital content.
- Refund Process: Any refund requests based on reasonable technical errors or unforeseen system performance issues should be directed to velocitylabsystem@gmail.com or reported via Paddle's official customer support.
- Technical complaints: Any technical problems with the Platform, discrepancies in payments or errors in the Application should be reported to velocitylabsystem@gmail.com. The Provider undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and to inform the User of the decision electronically.
