- This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of Users using the online platform available at https://velocitylabsystem.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and the related training application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), operating under the brand of the Velocitylabsystem football academy.
- The Administrator of the Users' personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Aneta Kordyś, who performs her activity personally as a natural person (including as part of an activity not registered in accordance with the provisions of Polish law, until her formal registration in CEIDG after exceeding the statutory revenue limits), with an operational e-mail address to contact: velocitylabsystem@gmail.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" or "Provider").
- Independent Payment Administrator (Paddle): Paddle.com Market Limited (Judd House, 18-20 Church Street, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1AB, United Kingdom) acts as an independent data controller (Merchant of Record) to the extent necessary to execute, invoice and secure financial transactions and subscriptions. Paddle processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
The Administrator processes the Users' personal data only for the purposes necessary for the proper functioning of the online football academy:
- Provision of digital services and access to the Application (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR): We process your email address, first name, last name and login details in order to create and maintain your account on the Platform, as well as to synchronize your progress in the Training Application.
- Marketing funnel and bot automation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest): When you interact with our social media profiles (e.g. a comment under a reel), automation systems (e.g. ManyChat) process public profile data and your email address (after you have provided it voluntarily) in order to automatically send you a link to a free 7-day Ball Mastery course.
- Complaint handling and contact (Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the GDPR): We process data sent by e-mail to velocitylabsystem@gmail.com for the purpose of handling technical complaints and providing appropriate support within 14 days.
- Data related to the maintenance of an account on the Platform and the Velocitylabsystem Membership subscription (15.00 USD/month) or Premium Courses are processed for the entire duration of the active agreement, and after its termination – for the period required by tax law and the statute of limitations for any legal claims.
- The data collected for the purposes of the free marketing challenge are stored until the User unsubscribes from the mailing list or submits a request for their removal.
- Users' personal data may be transferred to technological entities supporting the operation of the server, database, e-mail sending systems and the Paddle.com platform in order to authorise payments.
- In connection with the use of Paddle's global marketing automation tools and payment infrastructure, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), only to entities guaranteeing the highest level of data protection (e.g. through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, each User has the right to:
- Access your personal data and receive a copy of it.
- Rectify (correct) your data.
- Deletion of data ("right to be forgotten") – unless there are legal grounds for its continued storage.
- Restricting processing or objecting to processing (e.g. for marketing purposes).
- Transfer data to another administrator.
- Filing a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection – PUODO).
- The Velocitylabsystem platform uses modern techniques of encryption of connections (SSL protocol) and protection of databases against unauthorized access by third parties.
