This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "EULA") constitutes a binding legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Aneta Kordyś, acting personally as an individual under the brand of the Velocitylabsystem football academy (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"), with an operational contact e-mail address:

This Agreement governs the rules for access to and use of Velocitylabsystem's proprietary training software, progress tracking interfaces and cognitive tools (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), which are hosted and made available directly within the infrastructure of the online platform at
https://velocitylabsystem.com.
- Limited License: Provided that you have an active subscription status, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial football development.
- Integration with the Platform: Access to the Application is provided only in the secure user panel of the Velocitylabsystem Platform at https://velocitylabsystem.com. The use of the Application does not require the installation of external third-party software.
- Subscription Access: Access to the App is activated automatically after the payment transaction has been successfully verified and settled by our official Merchant of Record – Paddle.com.
- Automatic Expiration: In the event of cancellation, expiration or non-renewal of a subscription ($15.00 per month), developer access to the Platform and the Application embedded therein will be automatically and immediately blocked by the system.
- Ownership of the code: The User acknowledges that the source code of the Application, cognitive reaction matrices, video materials, graphic elements, designs and sports training regimens are the exclusive intellectual property of Aneta Kordyś (Velocitylabsystem) and are protected by international copyright law.
- Prohibitions and Restrictions: You are prohibited from copying, modifying, extracting source code from the framework of the Platform, reverse engineering, decompiling or redistributing software indicators. Sharing your account login details with external players, clubs, coaches or teams is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without the right to a refund.
- Acceptance of sports risks: The exercises and cognitive training performed in the Application are physically demanding. Their implementation is associated with a natural risk of overload, injury or physical injury.
- Medical Consultation Requirement: The app is not a substitute for professional medical or physiotherapy advice. You (or your parent/legal guardian if you are a minor) warrant that you have obtained clear confirmation of no health contraindications from a qualified sports medicine physician prior to exercising.
- Complete disclaimer: Aneta Kordyś and Velocitylabsystem do not accept any liability for physical injuries, medical expenses, deterioration of health or losses resulting from workouts performed, displayed or suggested through the App. The user trains at their own risk only.
1. "As-Is" Principle: The App is provided on an "As-Is" basis within the Platform, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor is not responsible for temporary system interruptions caused by general hosting updates, server maintenance, or local Internet connection problems on the User's side.

If the competitor using the integrated App is a minor (under the age of majority in his/her country of residence), the parent or legal guardian must purchase a subscription through Paddle, manage the main profile and take full responsibility for monitoring the child's training fatigue, proper exercise performance and physical safety during the session.
- This Agreement shall be subject to the applicable consumer protection laws. If any provision of this EULA is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
