LEVEL 1: Fundamentals and Biomechanics.

GOAL

Introduce an ideal movement pattern and build deep muscle memory.

WHAT DOES THE ATHLETE NEED TO FOCUS ON? (Key Points)
  • Foot Position: Precisely controlling the foot angle and ball contact zone with each repetition.
  • Center of Gravity: Maintaining a stable, low foot position and proper body balance when changing direction.
  • Error Identification: Actively comparing one's own movement with the reference material for immediate self-correction.
  • Elite Video Quality: The athlete receives access to instructional materials in the highest resolution, where every movement is demonstrated in an exemplary manner.
  • Multi-Perspective Analysis: We show the exercise from four planes simultaneously (front, side, back, top). This enables instant and independent self-correction.
  • Precise Adaptation (Slow-Motion): Slow-motion and full-speed recordings allow for precise analysis of key details – from ideal foot positioning to optimal center of gravity shifting.

LEVEL 2: Maximum Ball Feel and Match Rhythm

GOAL

Sharpen your football instincts, instantly react to the ball's movement, and master full ball control without looking down (deep feel).

KEY POINTS
  • Surgical Precision (Mini Ball R1): The majority of tasks at this level are performed using a size 1 mini ball. Drastically reducing the contact area between the foot and the ball requires maximum focus and enforces perfect control and movement structure.
  • VLS App (Metronome Tab): An integral part of this module is training using the dedicated Metronome tab in the VLS app. Imposing an external, audible rhythm teaches movement stability, tempo control, and eliminates randomness in ball control.

💡 VLS EXPERT PRO TIP

If you have balls in different sizes (e.g., 2, 3, or 4) in your training setup, be sure to incorporate them into this training session. Regular rotation between different ball sizes constantly stimulates your nervous system to instantly adapt. Working in such a variable environment powerfully stimulates receptors and dramatically improves overall ball feel, translating into unparalleled freedom in match conditions.

LEVEL 3: Dual-Tasking

GOAL

Transfer ball control to the subconscious. Reduce the burden of vision and attention on the lower limbs, allowing the player to see the entire field.

WHAT DOES THE ATTENDANT NEED TO FOCUS ON? (Key Points)
  • Independent Hand Sequence: Fully engaging the hands in additional tasks with the tennis ball (throwing, catching, circling around the waist).
  • Footwork Automation: Forcing the lower limbs to completely subconsciously control the lead ball.
  • Distraction: Deliberately shifting the stimulus and focus away from the legs to prepare the mind for match conditions.
  • Return to Base (Ball Number 5): All exercises at this level are performed with an official, standard size 5 match ball. After prior training on smaller and variable sizes, the number 5 ball will feel "big" and extremely easy to control.
  • Dual Task Method: Simultaneously with driving the number 5 ball with your feet, you introduce the tennis ball operated with your hands into play.
  • Match Automation: Engaging the hands relieves your eyes and attention from the action at your feet. On the pitch, you gain a clear head – you stop looking down at your feet, allowing you to smoothly scan the space, see your teammates, and anticipate your opponent's moves.

LEVEL 4: Cognitive Perception (Cognitive High-Performance)

GOAL

Completely disconnect your eyes from the ball, maximize the acceleration of thought processes, and fully adapt to changing match conditions.

WHAT DOES A PLAYER NEED TO FOCUS ON? (Key Points)
  • Head Up: Completely detaching your eyes from the action below. The player looks solely at the monitor or phone screen running the VLS app.
  • Voice Data Processing: Dynamically performing a ball mastery drill while responding aloud to the stimuli displayed on the screen.
  • Selecting a Dedicated Module: Actively selecting one of the tabs below in the VLS app and completing the task under time pressure.

⚙️ AVAILABLE MODULES IN THE VLS APPLICATION FOR LEVEL 4

  • [LV.2] COLORS – Random colors changing every second. Training stimulates peripheral vision, perception, and drastically shortens reaction time to visual stimuli.
  • [LV.2] COLORS + NUMBERS – Simultaneous display of a color and a digit from the range 1-10. Requires processing of two independent stimuli at once to make a single, immediate decision.
  • [LV.4] MATH – Fast addition problems in the range 1-10 generated under the pressure of a running pace. Forces deep cognitive processing under conditions of maximum physical load on the nervous system.

SUMMARY: YOUR AUTONOMOUS TRAINING SYSTEM

Whether you're training in the comfort of your home or on a full-size football pitch, the VLS app works 100% autonomously.

Once you've mastered the basic structure of a given exercise and can flawlessly replicate a given movement, it's time to transfer it to a real-world environment.

Want to test your skills on a larger surface and in match-level sprint conditions? Simply take your phone to the pitch, launch the VLS app, and use the aforementioned tabs (Metronome, Colors, Numbers, or Math) to reach the highest level of neurotraining.

Your training platform is always where you are.
